ok i have this guy friend and he's real cool and i dunno i think he might like me i mean hes hugged me and he jokes around with me and he always makes an effort to talk to me and he always gets EXTREMELy close and stairs me in the he eyes and flirts and touches my arm but i wanna see if some of the other things he does may be be "flirting" cuz im kinda confused

These are defiantly the top 5 flirtacious things a guy can do. He LIKES you! You should ask him if he does.. possibly when he's looking in your eyes. If he says no, it could mess up your friendship, but who would want a friend who leads you on?
Sooner or later he's going to ask you out. And if he's just playing with your head, than that's soo stupid.
