Quote missing an author

Question Posted Monday January 17 2005, 9:05 pm

I'm trying to work on the scholastic bowl copy for my yearbook, and I have this quote that fits perfectly with the page. I just can't remember who said it! The quote is, "A wise person is someone who knows everything about something and something about everything." It's been a while since I've read it so I don't remember if that's it word for word. Anyone have any idea or familiarity with this quote? I'd be extremely grateful for the help!

read mein kampf, its really ironic, and offers an incredible insight into the warped psyche of an austrian drug addict
