i guess idk..but me and this guy flirt alot and he has never seriously asked me out and i really like him but its always an "on-and-off" like because sometimes he can be sort of mean and i really do like him and my friends raelly dont like him but i guess if he asked me out i would say no because my friends would be like uhhh wtf so is that right? WHAT SHOULD I DO!?

okay..C.O.N.F.U.S.E.D. this all depends on if your relationship with the guy you are "pn and off" with is stronger than the one you have with your friends. if the "on and off" guy is like your best friend then follow your heart with what you want. if he is just a guy who is there and ya'll flirt but your best friend isn't him. then follow your heart but know friendships are better than gf's or bf's. hope i helped some. :)
