Sometimes people just are just shu because they don't feel like they can compunicate, and are ant-shocial. Like me, I used to be reallly shy in tliek 3rd grade and 2nde. Now, I'm really not shy at all. I think it was that I finnally realized I'd havte to open up to people if i wanted to have fun and a good time. It's a totally natural thing to be shy, so don't sweat it. There are lots of sites you can also check out if you thnk it's not a naturakl thng. Ask you doctor if he thinks It's non-scoail and that you have a problem. There are alot of anti-depresents out there, but be aware of the risk and make sure to double check with health advisors, a odcotr, and parents first, and make sure that if the medicine isn't heklpin you don't take it anymore(i kno i rly duwatch 2 much tv)
gud luk!!
