iPod again

Hey, um, you answered my question about the iPod-remember? Well, when I hooked everything up, it wouldn't let me click 'update'! Please help me again, before I rate you a 5! I'll do it again too!

I'm really sorry!- I'm not an iPod whiz or anything and I just got my iPod 2! I have been having problems w/ it but it is just my computer. I seriously don't kno wat 2 tell u!! All I can say is make sure that everything is hooked up right!! I'm really sorry!
