i want to spice my look up a little bit. can you give me ideas for make-up and hair? i have dark brown hair and im from greece so i have medditeranean skin...although i get really pale in winter because i get soo soo tan in summer. but anyway i have brown eyes. could you please please help me?

Dark hair always looks best with dark eyeshawdow's...like silver, charcol colors. Always wear 2 shades of eyeshadow...1 color is just to plain. Myabe get a hair cut, like not cut any length just add some layers to it to spice it up. Also, Lip gloss is a must have for any girl.
