jessica i need advice!

Okay like oh my gosh i just got my period and like i thought like you know you could "do it" so like I totally did when I was at this awesome party right so like this guy was all over me so like that was good right? well I did "do it" with him and we didn't use a condom so that was bad right? well now I haven't had my period in like for ever and I'm getting morning sickness like nasty right? well I've had these big big sores on my back and I don't know what it is? I went to the doctor and he is running some test like it might be HIV or AIDS like what do I do? I want to call the guy that did this to me but I dont know know his name or # and IM scared he might have HIV or AIDS and just u know didn't tell me because like that was the first time I did it well I might be having a baby and HIV and AIDS I've heard you give good advise so that's why I'm coming to you I'm not going to tell you my name I go to jpt and I'm in grade please help me!
