ok, so ive been going out with this guy for about a month, and at first i thought i really liked him, but now hes kinda annoying. i still want to be friends, but hes gonna take that as that classic break up line, but i really do. i only like him as a friend, NOT a boyfriend. hes always joking around and not very mature. lately hes been asking me wut i want 4 christmas, and i dont kno wut to say!!! im planning on breaking up with him before christmas, so i dont want him to buy me a present, but i think he already has. it would be really weird to get a present from an ex. HELP!!

well instead of the "lets just be friends" line....don't say it like that. Just tell him that he acts more like a friend towards you, and it feels weird dating...because it FEELS like you're dating your friend. So...if you feel like breaking it off, just tell him that things are weird between yall, and afterwards....yall can still hang out and BE FRIENDS. And even if he did buy you a present..i have friends that i get presents for and that get me presents all the time. Take it as a present from a friend, not an ex. and take time to buy him a little something too :D
