I really like a guy and he is giving me mixed signals and i want to talk to him, how do i make and approach?

Well, if this guy is a friend then I would suggest finding out if he likes anyone else and if he seems interested in a girlfriend. If he's not a friend then i would start by getting daily chats going so that he gets to know you better. Then when you know each other pretty well you can find out the same things as above. Hope this helps.
