If "Billy" wants to stay with Dolly, but is unsure if he wants to because there is another girl involved, then I think he should break up with her. There may be a chance that you and Billy may decide to do a little cheatin and that can ruin both of your guys' reputations. Ok, now I think that you should talk to "Dolly" about Billy and explain to her the situation. One thing you really have to ask yourself is: Are you willing to possibly lose a friendship over 'one' guy? Be a friend, and please talk to Dolly, It will make things so much easier of both of you. I hope I helped.
