Hello. I saw that you run track, what would you recomend I run - and how far are the distances and what are all the events?

It depends if you are a sprinter or distance runner. Here are the different events-
100 meter dash
200 meter dash
400 meter dash
800 meter
1600 meter
3200 meter
100 hurdles
200 hurldes
300 and 400 hurdles (I think you do that in High School)
High Jump
Long Jump
Shotput
Discus
Pole Vault
