Well... this guy seems pretty weird to me. Try talking to him and flirt a little with him. Start flirting around other guys and make sure he's around. If you see him starting to act jealous, he probably likes you. Try to smile at him alot. If after a week or two he doesn't make a move, just be straight forward. Ask him, Do you like me or not? I'm tired of waiting on you... I want to know if you really want me or not because I don't want to waste my time. If he doesn't ask you out or anything, just move on. Hope this helped!
