Getting a boyfriend and asking a friend or BEST FRIEND to he

Hi Ally,
I wanted to ask you this one question, what if I asked a friend to help me out with my boy problems! I mean I'm Beautiful, nice, sweet, cool, a shorty, 13, smart, and just plain me.
But it's hard for a girl like me to get all Personal and close to a guy....and I really wanna know and get close to a person of the opposite sex cuz yeah!!!

I love Boys and Flirting but I can never choose a guy! They Fight over me get pissed I play hard to get at times and now this guy I like is pissed at me for no god damn reason if yah got advice for this girly it would be oh so helpful
