One of my guy friends at a different school told me that his friend really wanted to meet me and take me out on a date after a football game. So we emailed all week long & talked a little bit on the phone. He seemed excited to meet me. So on Friday, we met at his school's football game. For the first minute, everything was going great. I was cuddling under a blanket with him. He was acting really nice. Then all of a sudden, a bunch of girls came up to him and started flirting with Nathan (that's his name). He flirted back and he didn't pay as much attention to me. Other girls tried to steal the blanket from me, but Nathan didn't let them. That was nice of him, but he still continued to flirt with them. When he said he was going to get something to eat, some girls screamed, "I'll go with you!" Then the girls followed him. A little later, I decided to go see what he was up to. Not only were the same girls flirting with him, but others were, too. Nathan payed some attention to me, but not very much. I waited for several minutes for him to shut up to the girls, but he didn't. So what did I do? I left the game COMPLETELY, without saying a word to him or anybody. After I left, I felt bad, so I called Nathan. I told him I would be back at the game. When I went back to the football game, it was almost over. I called Nathan again to tell him I was at the game, but this time a girl answered and said, "He's somewhere else." I looked all over for him, and asked other people if they saw him, but they didn't. So much for the date he was going to take me on after the game. I waited for Nathan to call me, but he never did. This morning, I sent Nathan an email, telling him why I left the game, but I haven't heard from him. Who's the jerk, me or him? What should I do now?
And another thing: While this was going on at the football game, I saw my ex boyfriend who goes to Nathan's school. He was flirting with some girl. I got INCREDIBLY jealous that my ex was flirting with a girl, but I didn't care as much that Nathan was. Why does it seem like I'm TOTALLY over my ex, but I get so jealous when I see him with other girls.

wow, that Nathan kid is the jerk. I'd wait a while though since you just sent him an e-mail. see if he writes you back within a day or two. Otherwise, try to forget about him. That was really rude to flirt with other girls in front of you if he supposedly wanted to go out with you. But guys can by idiots sometimes and not realize they are doing something incredibly dumb.
You might still have feelings for your ex but it might also be just a natural reaction. He was once "yours" and now he's flirting with other girls.

HEY! well... this is tough... you wouldnt b the jerk bcuz HE is the one who wanted to meat you and HE is the one who was flirting and not paying attentio to you... right? besides if he cared at all wouldnt he call you or anything? he obviously was a waist of your time... bcuz obviously you are too good for him lol! and it is kinda wierd that he was flirting with a grl and then she answerd HIS fone? i mean really think about it! he might have just been trying to make you jelous and show you that he can get any grl he wanted! i think. and you kinda gave in by leaving. but in the end he is the jerk what did you do wrong?
to answer your second question you shouldnt do anything. LET HIM CALL YOU AND LET HIM APPOLOGISE (SP?) dont sound desprate! if he doesnt respond in like the next couple of days call him on wed. and see how things are going DO NOT MENTION A WORD ABOUT THE GAME UNLESS HE SAYS ANYTHING LIKE I AM SORRY! he is gonna relize wat a jerk he is!
finally to answer your 3rd question ex bf's are always a pain in the ass lol seeing him with another grl flirting will always make everyone jelous. IT IS NORMAL! it might also just b that you arent arent over him quiet yet, as much as you think you are. i mean you prob still care about him but you just dont relize it! i mean talk to him 'flirt' ask him how life is going with him lol! i mean just ask him if he still has feelings what is the worst he can say? lol srry if i didnt answer your question(s) how you wanted just contact me qtmichelle26@aol.com
