First of all, no one deserves to be insulted in a relationship. Secondly, perhaps it's time you two have a heart-to-heart. Ask him why he is saying such things and make it clear that it IS hurting your feelings.
It's possible that his mother dislikes you and is putting thoughts in his head. Whatever the case, I do suggest you disconnect yourself from him if this goes any further. No one should have to deal with such behaviour, but it is still your choice whether you wish to or not.
Love is about being able to talk to your partner and a feeling of trust and security. I genuinely don't believe he offers you none and instead feeds your insecurities as a way of gaining the upper hand. Do be careful of such negative people.

talk it over with him!! tell him that if his mom hates u.. he can just leave the nasty remarks to himself.. n it shouldnt even matter whether his mom likes u or not.. its about whether he does or not.. if he doesnt stop.. then hes obviously not good enuf.. i hope things work out!! good luck!!

hmm..im sooo sorry!! Tell him,..i mean really talk to him about ur feelings..it might be hard but itll get u somewhere i promise!!! If that doesnt work, then that just simply means that u are SOOOOOO much better than him..hope it works out..let me kno it goes!!

BREAK UP WITH HIM! you deaserve so much more then some one whos ganna be mean to you. no one should ever be treated that way expecily you. so do wat i say and break up wit him. i had a bf like that and i dumped him. yeah it hert but i got over it. you will too. so just tell me if things work out or if you like my advice of not.
