Sunshine answered Tuesday September 28 2004, 4:11 am:
I never counted calories or fat grams. I only counted carbs-no more than 20 grams of carbs a day. The atkins diet is a strict low carb diet. I ate lots of meat and salads. And other things like broccoli and cauliflower with cheese. If you go to atkins.com there is a list of acceptable foods, and you can't eat anything that's not on the list. Also I love to cook, so I made up my own recipes using only the things on the list. There is also a book with all the guidelines that you can get for about $6.

I will e-mail you with additional info.
