Why is my average so low?

Alright, when you go into my advice column, it says that I have an average of 3.78, and that I have been rated 9 times. When, in reality, I've been rated 38 times and I should have an average of 4.4. Now, it wouldn't be so bad, but I don't like the fact that my whole average is thrown off by that. Not only that, but now I'm not a mod. anymore, when I really should be. Can anyone help me get my advice column to work properly again? Thanks
