i had a surprise party for one of my friends matt, and this kid that we didnt invite said he was friends with matt so i invited him..i started talkin to him online and stuff and hes a really cool guy and i think i like him..and like he always says hi to me and stuff and he was like hangin out wit me like all the time at the party and i think he likes me..except idk wat to do becuz i just asked out his bff but he said no..so do u think i should just like wait a little while to ask this kid or just tell him??thanx

Well, his best friends loss, is his gain! I think that since his bff didnt have the romantic feelings about you as you wanted (and deserved!), it shouldnt be a problem if you tell him you like. Tell him !! Just don't make him feel like hes the 'runner up' because u asked his bff out first. Go for it! I mean, there's no point in waiting around!
