dear,madam advicenator sir--
i have been having these sometimes almost random breakdowns...i have been really very emotional lately-i guess you can say... one minute im really mad- and wanna yell and scream- and the next i'm really upset- and am about to cry. i throw mini-tantrums when i'm by myself. i feel selfish alot-- only thinking of myself and how hard little things can be sometimes. i usually don't think about how i can fix what's happened-- just how it's going to be in the future--only the bad though. alot of the time i am not as positive as i usually am-- which isn't very good. i don't know what the problem is-- i don't know if it's nothing- or something. please tell me what you think....
Breakdowns are really common for anyone. Feeling selfish or loney or even just mad at everyone for the littlest things. Everyone has been in those type of situations it just takes time to get used to and learn from. I'm not sure throwing mini-tantrums is the best idea but I'm sure it releaves a lot of the tension. My advice to you would be pick up your hobbie..... as do something other then what you think your spose to do. Instead of going with your instincts at that kind of emotional stage of your life do something completely random instead of something predictable, such as in throwing tantrums. Pick up a book or go threw some good memory stuff like home movies, or pictures. In order to get out of that kind of emotional stage you have to be able to forget about the stage for a few minutes. Also instead of worrying about fixing situations worry about yourself and whether you are happy or not. In the end everything always works out, so you don't need to worry about the little things that need to be fixed but more of the big things such as your feelings and reactions on situations. Thinking so much of a bad future wont help either, you need to think positive or nothing will turn out positive. The way I like to put it "In able to get to the top you need to walk up every step with courage and a plan, also to just take one step at a time or you just might trip and fall and have to start all over again, which is another big process also." This isn't really a problem but more of the kind of thing most people have to learn from sometime in their life!
