...i was wondering...say a level 2 moderator isnt on very much...well im online everyday on this site...i dont meet all the standards but i should really b level 2...and we need more...what do you think...do you desperatley have to have everything or could u cut slack?

we have to have everything. sorry, but it's not worth the effort of me making someone a level II if we're not confident that they'll do a good job and stick around long enough to do it to fill the job for a while. like, we only consider you for level II after two months of membership, because everybody who's a level 1 rates tons of questions at first and then gets sick of it. someone who's in it for the long haul will keep at it long enough for us to trust them.
