ok i have this guy friend who is totally sweet and i like him but he wants to go out with me and i don't think i like him like that and i mean we've already gone out but he wants to go out again and i just don't think i want to and i just feel really bad cuz he really cares about me and really wants to be with me! what should i do!?

Wow I feel loved. I'm a Dear Abby now aren't I? Anyhow I've been in this situation before. Let's say his name is Bob. Say something like this to him:
Bob, there's no way I can tell you this without hurting you, and I'd never want to hurt you because I'm your friend. I like you but only as a friend. I really enjoy spending time with you but I could never picture us as a couple, or at least a happy couple. That doesn't mean I don't wanna spend time with you, it just means I don't wanna date you.
Of course you don't have to exactly say that but I was repetitive, it'll pound it into his head.
