How do I stop dwelling on embarassing things that have happened to me? If anyone even MENTIONS it, I can't sleep for the whole night. It makes me feel like a loser. How do I move on? Thanks.

you shouldnt care laugh at yourself and dont feel lyk a loser your moments couldnt be THAT bad! haha ive had some funnie ones but i dont care cuz i dont take mahself too seriously and i juss laugh it off and if someone brings it up i juss laugh at mahself wit them and usually im the one bringing it up haaha juss dont worry bout it and laugh it off if someone brings it up! i really hope i helped if you neeed anymore advice or have anymore questions drop one in mah inbox or juss IM me at brunetebarbie0x ~rate mee~ thanx bye
