Are you kidding? We're almost the same size and I'm 17! I don't really find myself all that small.
I'm not an expert on the suject but I have heard that a girl’s breasts generally continues to grow for approximately four years after puberty begins. The period is supposed to start somewhere in the middle of puberty and does not signal the end of the growth process. So I'm not sure how you could have only started developping 2-3 years after you started your period. Your period may have just started earlier in puberty. <br> I really don't know if you'll continue to develope or not. If your worried about appearing small you could always try padded bras (that's what I do.). Good luck!
