hey! well im not sure (i was the one with the hair thats was hair brown half highlighted) if i should dye it or not.. dye or highlight my mom said she would let me do both, and would rather do highlights.. so i just need to kno wich one it=s better, also i have curly hair and am goin to get it permantly starightened, and do u kno ne where cheap that they mite do that?

Hey Hun! Ummm I think shear perfection might be cheapest but I'm not exactly sure. I think it would be cool to do both but It all depends on if you have the cash to do it again. Eventually you will have to re-dye or highlight it. I'd go with just Highlights because it would be pretty costly to do both and it may damage your hair a bit if you do both. Good Luck XOXO
