THIS GUY!!!
OK! I need your help like REALLY BAD! I have 2 problems! Ok there this guy lets call him, Andy, Well you see one day I was in a really sucky mood and I like told him all my problems over the internetbut i dont really know him. and today i seen him for the first time and when he finally found out who i was he just kept staring at me! What do you think this means??

Ok now theres this guy{JOE}i like, i've liked him since beginning of my 8th grade year, now its beginning of 9th grade year, we're going to the same skewl and everything! Ok Andy knows I like Joe, so i got andy to tell joe that i liked him but of course joe doesnt know me! but i really like him alot and he's hottttt! but anyways, anytime we see each other we stare at one another. and today i almost fell cuz i wasnt paying attention where i was going cuz i was looking at him! plz tell me what should i do about joe!

1st... Maybe he was interested in you, and he was interested in what you had to say, next time you see him staring at you try and go up and talk to him or something :-)
2nd... Try talking to Joe on your own, or ask around and see if Joe likes you, if he's always staring at you there is a chance that he is interested in you, why stare at something you arent interested in, you know? just see how he feels about you, or maybe ask andy what joe said about you when andy told him? OR ask him and andy if they wanna hang out sometime with you and maybe some of your friends or something...
