I know I'm a moderator because the site said I was. But, there are suppose to be four faces that I can click on to rate the questions, but they're aren't. How come?

I don't know. Are you sure you're a moderator today? Just because you're a moderator once, doesn't mean you're always a moderator. If you don't have the "moderator tools" heading on the left side panel, you're not a moderator.
