do u know of any waterproof eyeliner that doesn't come off or smudge while swimming? it doesnt matter if its pencil or liquid. thanx!

i know water proof mascara, i wear that every day... lol. umm i dont wear waterproof eyeliner. but maybe u could juzt look at sum places where they carry make up and u prolli find sum. ive accually never seen it tho, im sure u can get it sum where tho. sorrie i didnt help u out too much, maybe u can try askin sum other pplz.. sorri!! nicole
