i just currently moved to this place and i dont know ANYONE! im starting a new school tommorrow and im soo nervous that i wont make friends. im very shy around people i dont know .. do u have any advice at how i could be a little more open and make some friends? ;] will rate

Sorry if it took me a while to get back to you.

I have the same problem about being nervous around new people, so I know the problem.

If you're going into high school or middle school, you won't be the only new person there. Everyone will want to make friends, and all you have to do is smile, be yourself, and you'll have a great time.

Talk to someone who sits near you at the beginning and end of class. This way, you'll know some people and then you can be more confident.

Just be friendly. If someone talks to you, talk to them. If you feel too shy to initiate a conversation, take a deep breath and ask the person what their name is.
