Hey... I think I'm overweight. I weigh 140 and I'm 5'4. I wish I could knock off some pounds before school starts next month... what should I do

I would start up by giving those candy or junk food cravings a goodbye and giving them a carrot or a fruit everytime you have one. Then i would start running and every day increase how far you go.
