hi, im a 13 year old girl. i am about 5'2 and i way 92 pounds.i see myself soo fat and i feel guilty eating.i want to get my weight down to like 75-80 pounds or w/e. i recently made an excercise plan i do twice a day of 200 crunches, 100 squats, and 60 leg lifts on each leg. i also am gonna start to eat two meals a day and thats it like a small breakfast and lunch. i also run a mile everyday and im getting ankle weights for it, and soccer starts agin in august and ill be playing two teams. i really need advice! i need help on feeling guilty eating food and i need any more tips anyone might have on dropping the pounds[maybe the legs and stomache]
