i was born a man but i want to be a women! But i am scared what people will think when they find out! But i dont want to pretend to be something that im not! So can u give me some advice on what to do!

well im sorry about that, i dont think to highly of wanting sex changes cause i think god made you a guy for a reason, if he wanted you to be a girl he would of made you one, so about the people thing ummmm just do what you wanna do, if they have a problem with it its there fault not yours.
