I like this guy and i think he likes me but his friend thinks im annoying. I had my friend ask him out for me but he did it while his other friend was around. SO he said no! Do you think he likes me?

Well He might and he might not. But looks at the signs he's sending you are they good or bad. If they are good ask him out when his friend's not around. And his friend might just like you too and don't want you two to go out cause he wants you to go out with him.
