OK i was rubbing my eye and suddenly i was seeing blurry. i think my contact rolled into my eye. or it fell out but i cant seem to find it. if it rolled in my eye is that bad, how do i get it out,and can i put a new one in?

If it did roll to the back of your eye just move your eyeball in all directions but don't TOUCH your eye until you see it. Of course you can still put a new one in. Wait a day though because messing with your eye can make it irritated and you might ruin another contact.
