Well,I like to do things like sit ups,and stomach crunches. But the key is,if you've never done much exercise before,to start out slow and gradually work your way up to more.Try laying on the floor with your feet against a wall, and lift up until your elbows are aligned w/your knees, and then back down. That's one good way of doing sit-ups.Another is to lay on the floor,on your back, and have someone stand behind you,@ your head, using your hips swing your legs up until the person can grab your feet and then release them back til your back to your starting position. You can also try things like jumping rope,if you have the room(maybe in a basement or something),and if you have one,get on that treadmill or stationary bike!!!And always remember, never ever starve yourself, they key is to eat several small meals throughout the day!I hope that helps some!If you have any more questions feel free to stop back! =)
