well the first time i had it done it was done really good by my g/f and what she did was bleave it or not it feels really good when it hits ur throat so like when u choke it is really good but i would suggest trying to imcorporate your hands into the whole ordeal but thats about all i know to tell u but to every guy somthing else feels diffrent but that was wat felt best for me so just do what ever u think seems to please him most and never know but maybe u will get somthing good in return lol (wink wink)
