Question Posted Monday June 14 2004, 12:47 pm

My boyfriend oftens has dreams about marrying me and/or asking me 2 marry him. We often talk about marriage and he tells me how much he loves me but I don't want him to jump in2 anything 2 soon.BTW he's 20 i'm almost 18. We've been 2gether for almost 7 months. I had a preganacy scare recently and he told me that if I were than we would be ok but he said that he thought about it and said that he would be really happy and I love him very much and expressed that i'm not ready for a baby. What do u think this all means?

It doesn’t really mean anything, because a lot of men feel the same way. Guys always rush into relationships, and if they have been with you a long time they decided that they want to marry you. Just tell him you’re not ready to get married yet, he should understand, and if he really does love you like he says he will wait till your ready.

Good Luck!
