hi what is your best coping skill that you use the most? have you ever cut before?

weird that you ask that kind of question.. i write, write all your feelings out and expressions, like poem stories or just stories you can think of it helps, ive done some cutting before and got put in two hospitals for it.. it was pretty gay and didn't help i wanna cut and ill do it if i want to... its what helps me when i can't take anymore. just do some writing or talking to friends.. ]
