well most of my friends r skinny with perfect bodies..and i mean alot of guys think i very pretty and i mean i dont have a problem with getting guys and im not beastly fat but i am chuncky and i dont like it...like i have a good size cup size and a good size ass...and my arms and the bottom of my legs r fine but my tummy and my upper leg r chuncky and i weight more then i want to and last year my friend went anorexic and she lost 27 pounds in one month and im thinking that i should do it to cuz i wanna be 100 pounds and ineed to lose like 30 pounds ..i mean i run track and everything and im not slow @ running and stuff but that doesnt help me cuz i dont lose weight..cuz i get depressed alot (family problems) and i juss eat but i have only been eating lil things latly no meals...do u think i should keep up what im doing or not?

Eating habits like that cause bags under the eyes, soon enough you'll start to look like your sick. Running is good keep it up. Trying doing crunches and always stretch in between sets. The most important thing you need to remember is DONT STRESS ABOUT IT. Stress makes people fat. Thats because when u stress your body doesnt digest your food properly and that food is stored as fat.
