He really, really likes me
My boyfriend of 3 1/2 months sends me at least 5 emails a day, calls me 2x a day, and always wants to chat on IM. Then, when i sign off, he sends me emails like "where were you? I was so worried. My heart was racing." Lately, when i get offline early, he accuses me of cheating on him!! How can i make this obsessive behavior stop?

This guy's actions are disturbing. Have a talk with hiim (in a public place) and make it clear that his suffocating ways are more of a threat to the relationship than some fictional boy he imagines you're fooling around with. It sounds like he's too much of an overdramatic freak to give you space, in which case you'll have to end it. And I bet he won't be too happy with that. So if he refuses to leave you alone, tell your parents of another trusted adult about what's going on immediately.
