Trouble having sex

Me and my bf are 17 and the first time we had sex
he could'nt get it up and he was really embarassed
we've tried 3 times since and his penis can't stay hard for a long period and im not sure what to do he's a insecure about it all his penis is
about average i told him that it's fine he's my first and im not sure what to do any suggestions
on what we can do?

Well you could go to a sex store and buy him a cock ring, or better yet an electric cock ring.... im not sure how much they cost ive never bought one. But i think hes just really nervous and maybe hes just not ready to do it yet thats the only advice that i can give you for right now....maybe hes insecure about himself and thats why hes having so much trouble.
