No of course not! Altering your physical image may attract guys, but your personality is what is the most important in any relationship. Guess what? A lot of totally "stacked" people have no boyfriend either. It doesn't make them like... deformed or anything. Besides, not having a boyfriend can be a good thing honestly. You don't hafta worry about HIM 24/7. You can start a hobby. You can have fun with friends... And who knows, maybe then you'll find a really nice guy who respects you. And for the first date shivers? You can talk about how cool your new hobbies are. Oh and a boob jobs can lead to medical problems later. The silicon used in the implant can rupture if you're active(ie running, dancing, gymnastics....)and all that nasty stuff gets into your bloodstream and you could get cancer or another illness.
