fake contacts?

well i've noticed a few people around my school with these gorgeous deep blue/green/teal color eyes. once i ask them about it, they say it's certain contacts they use that have a tint in them. i think they're eyes are like absoluely beautiful and i was wondering would it be safe for me if i started using contacts to get the same affect. i have 20/20 eye sight and i don't want to mess it up! Right now, i have green eyes, but i really want them to stand out! I was wondering if it would be safe to wear contacts the whole day, everyday, but only for visual affects (nothing that helps eye sight). also, whats your opinion on this? do you think this looks cheap and fake? thank you for your advice!

A question of ethics

Bear with me; this is a several part question.
-Is it morally wrong to give advice about a situation you've never been in? For example, give sex advice if you've never had sex?
-Is it morally wrong to give advice you don't follow, even if the advice is sound? For example, an eating disordered person giving nutrition advice, or a couch potato giving exercise tips? What if this information is provided to correct erroneous information offered by another source?
This is assuming that the advice you give is valid, despite it being contradictory to your actions. I'm interested in seeing what people think.

Ok, I have a question that has been bothering me for a while.
If something like this happens, which it probably does on a regular basis:

Does everything in the area get electrocuted because it's conducted by water? And if so, if you're close enough, in a boat made out of steel or something that conducts electricity, would you get electrocuted? And how far away would you have to be to not get electrocuted and why? I'm not the best at physics, but I'm imagine electricity has something similar to a half-life?

Southwest Airlines

I'm going on a flight tomorrow and I'm curious as to how big Southwest's seats are. I'm not in first class, I imagine we have coach seats but I don't travel often and I find most airplane seats to be a bit uncomfortable and not having enough room. Can someone tell me how Southwest's seats are? Thanks!

First Time Flier

Hello everyone. I am a first time flier and I am worried about the security check thing. We are flying with Southwest if that helps any. I know most of the rules and I've visted the TSA website but I'm still a bit confused.
1. Can I carry on a camera, my makeup, and my cellphone?
My main concern is make-up.
2. If I decide to put my make-up in my luggage (the luggage they throw around) and it goes through the scanner thing, and they see it, would they open my luggage, exposing my clothes and everything to take the make-up out?
3. If anything liquid or gel is in my luggage will they take it out?
4. If I dont want them to throw away anything or confinscate anything...

Help on my work

I have an essay and I'm looking for a few ideas.
It must be six pages... and it must be about how the world is in the future or something that will happen in the future. Examples: WWIII, when Canada and US meet, etc.
My topic is that the future is pretty much the same, because life today is pretty good.
Wouldn't everything still change because of global warming and things like that?
Any ideas on how to make my essay work will be so much appreciated!

what are some good places for tote bags? like i wanna use one for school to hold some of my books for school. i'm looking for one that has pockets inside and is sturdy. big enough to fit like 2-3 binders. and is cute! also everyone has them from like hollister, american eagle... but i want one that like no one else has! thanks so much =]

I moved recently & I'm planning to go back to visit my friends. there are 2 airports I could land at... #1 is 45 minutes from where I used to live (it's very expensive to fly there)& #2 the other is 2 hours away (about $200 cheaper). Well, I found a flight to #2 with one stop in the more expensive one where I can be picked up. I'm only bringing a carry-on so I can just not go on the connection to the cheaper one so someone can easily pick me up at #1. the flight back to where I live now starts at #2 airport airport then goes back to #1 before going to where I live. My question is, with only having one carry one, do I have to start my journey at #2? or can someone just take me to the closer one? any problems with boarding passes? tha...

I know dreams do not mean much, and they just help you deal with your waking life, but I can usually interpret why I had a dream, and what they mean... but this one, I have no idea why I drempt it:
It started out in a regular car, and someone [I don`t know who] was driving it. My brother was in the passanger, and my friend and I were sitting in the back. The music was blasting and we were all having a good time. Then all of a sudden the driver dropped us off at Petco [lol weird, right?], and he ran in to get something. well my brother dissapeared and my crush turned up. we were there waiting for the guy to come back to bring us somewhere, and we were showing a lot of affection for each other, and he was hugging me from behin...
