How do I look big and strong and like an "adult"? Basically I'm going to be a 16 year old boy..I'm thin and have acne..how do I get rid of acne,and gain weight and grow even more taller? Because if I eat fatty foods (to grow big and tall and strong), I'll get acne..and vice versa..I'm really stuck on what I should do..im eating a decent amount of food...I'm washing my face twice a day,and I'm putting some acne medicines) Should I switch to a specific medicine? Should I do some specific workout exercises? Should I eat something specific? Or will my acne go away in some time(if yes,when?) and when will I gain weight and height? ( if yes,when?) And at what age will I start to look like an "adult"?

My 13 year old son is stronger than my 34 year old boyfriend and can beat him wrestling. He is not that big, weighs about 110lb and my boyfriend around 150lb and taller, but my son does train in wrestling, does crossfit, and safe strength training. My bf worksout with light weight, does yoga,and runs. Could be my son has more lean muscle mass and training, but he seems to also overpower my boyfriend. Center of gravity and aggression I guess has a lot to do with it. I was still a little shocked he easily handled a grown man. I was even able to pin him down in wrestling before and I'm just 5'6 and 122 lbs.

Is this normal for a grown man? i don't really care if he isn't good at wrestling or strong, but curious.

I am a nineteen year old female I'm 100 pounds and I'm 5'2''. I'm naturally thin and always have been. My diet is kind of all over the place I basically can eat whatever I want and not gain any weight ever. I'm skinny but I have a butt and boobs and recently I started working out again (I walk a few times a week and do yoga every day, usually I do yoga first then go running/walking) I had this problem last year when I did the same thing I immideately started to notice that my bobs were getting smaller and they're not that big to begin with (32B) if anything I'd want them to be a little bigger not get smaller. Me and my daughter just came home from her 12 year old checkup. They weighed her and she was 160. I just don't understand how this happened. And the whole time the docter was more into bullying my daughter than really trying to help her lose weight. We all eat fairly heathly and her twin brother is fine. Please help me help her lose the weight without starving herself. Now she thinks she is fat and ugly but I don't want her to get an eating disorder or anything.

Self conscious and going on beach holiday

Hey I'm 18 years old and in 3 months I'll be going to Spain with a few hundred people I know to celebrate exams ending. It's a beach and pool holiday where everyone spends time shirtless. I'm about 5'11,74kg and about 17% body fat. Shirtless I feel very uncomfortable and even sitting down with a t shirt on I suck in my stomach. I'm up every night thinking of how I'll avoid going to the pool or beach and how I'll get an excuse to keep my top on. There'll be girls everywhere so it concerns me to reveal to them that there's quite a belly down there. When fully relaxed I look pregnant. I want to get ready for crop top season. And my belly hasn't been as flat as it used to (even thought it wasn't super flat before). But in order to do that I need to excersie and eat healthy. But it is hard to eat healthy when my parents bring unhealthy foods into the ALL THE TIME. And I don't want to tell them because they will think I'm trying to lose weight and stuff. Any advice?

I am 16, Female. I don't do a lot of exercise right now; just a walk about 3-6 times a week. I would like to get healthier. I drink a lot of water and eat fairly healthy because my mom likes to make healthy food with lots of vegetables and minimal fatty meats and stuff. However, I can feel that I am not very physically fit or flexible anymore.
I am wondering if anyone has any tips for easy exercise to do in the winter that doesn't take too much time or involve a gym membership.

I am 17, female. I have been relatively inactive physically for the last couple of years. I ride my bike a bit in the summer, and use it as a way to get to work in the summer as well. I walk about 2 km to get to school on average 4 times a week.

However, I am finding that I am much less physically fit than I was a few years ago. Climbing stairs sometimes puts me out of breath(generally only if its more than one floor though). I am much slower on bike as well. Also, I am losing a ton of flexibility.

I am wondering if anyone has suggestions on ways to work on my fitness. I do not have lots of time, nor am I willing to pay for a gym membership. I also do not have an exercise bike/treadmill available to me.

my weight is 55. before it was 49, i have a gained a lot of weight in last 2 months. sudden weight gain. i assume thats because of all junk food. i want to lose weight. so i have started exercising. i do 30 crunches, 20 reverse crunches, 30 squats,30 sec plank hold and 20 bicycles every day. i miss out one day in between sometimes. and sometimes i do it twice a day. how many days would it probably take me to lose weight with the exercise plan that im following? i know i have to cut down on junk food. im trying my level best. its been 6 days since ive started the workout plan. my trouble areas are my hips, arms and belly. also are there any exercises to lose cheek fat?
