Les Mis audition song

Question Posted Tuesday March 27 2018, 2:28 pm

So I've got auditions coming up from a theatre group in my area, they are doing Les Mis. They are especially looking for girls 13-18, which is good bc I'm 15. So like most girls my age, Eponine is a dream role for me and I'd really like to get her. For the auditions, we have to prepare 16 bars of a Broadway song, and we are going to be given stuff to read. So I've been hunting around for a song that fits Eponine's character and won't be song by all the other girls who wanna be Eponine. I would go with As Long as he Needs Me from Oliver, but that seems like a very generic choice. Any ideas?
