There's this ad site or something called Jumbo Deals that keeps having pop ups on my computer. I've ran my AVG virus and it doesn't find anything.
I use google chrome and I have the settings set to block all pop ups but yet this one still comes up.
It's really annoying and I don't know much about computers or anything so any help would be great.
2) Go to options and select the box which says "Inlcude rootkit scan"
3) Then go back and press "Scan" or whatever it says
4) Your computer will restart and when it's opened again NPE will automatically start at start-up and will scan your system to find any kind of malicious software
5) Delete all the malicious software detected by NPE
Danicus answered Wednesday July 8 2015, 7:38 pm: Try googling "remove jumbo deals" or something simple like that. If not, try malware bytes, or ad-aware. Spybot search and destroy is also good, but can install some "monitoring" thing that slows things down. I usually get rid of the anti-malware programs after they did their job. Also, when you are installing. Make sure to read what you are installing, just so you don't get duped into installing some other crap cause you just clicked on "recommended" installation. Or you didn't read the questions and just clicked OK. [ Danicus's advice column | Ask Danicus A Question ]
