How do I excercise and gain muscle without losing my jiggly butt?

Question Posted Wednesday January 14 2015, 5:32 pm

Hello! So i have a normal sized jiggly butt. I have seen a lot of women who do squats and get bigger, more toned butts. I decided to do lunges and squats but then realized that if the muscle builds up the fat that makes my butt jiggly will go away and my butt will be hard. My problem is that i like my butt's ''jiggliness'' and don't want to it to go away. However, I also want my butt to become a little bit more toned (without surgeries, creams etc.). Do you have an advice? Is there an exercise that won't burn the fat that makes my butt jiggly and will lift my butt?

I feel your emotions.I have always had a jiggly butt. And I would not like you to lose it.So,you should try-out to be a cheerleaders.ALL cheerleaders have jiggly butts, bit their legs and body are slim.If you cannot perform this action,go on Youtube and watch a video called Cheerobics, and look for the one with 4 girls squatting. Please tell your friends about LuluOhizua on advicenators.com.Please reach me on luluohizua@yahoo.com.
