missed my pill for a day

I am a 24 year old lady from south Africa and I am using trigestrel pills en I missed 1red pill so what I wanted to know is should I continue with the pill or should I take two pills?.and whenn can I take da pill,at my usual time or imidiately

Thanks for inboxing me! I would advise you to take one immediately because even if you missed one you don't double up on them because they could do negative effects to your body. Take the one that your ready for next, but don't take two at the same time. Hope I helped you!
