hi im a 16 year old girl and i always get pieces of skin that stick out often beside my nails or under them and my cuticles are really really bad. do you have any tips to make your nails and all that more healthy without paying a lot of money and i dont have enough money to go to the nail salon!
Also, nails are made of protein. So be sure to eat plenty. This is beans, fish, chicken, lamb, beef, eggs etc etc.
You can also buy supplements. They help to strengthen nails, and hair. These pills are relatively cheap, being anywhere from $2-$10. You can buy these from your local health food store.

there is a little set you can get at walmart; and it's like maybe 8 bucks; which isn't bad because you can always use it for years and years; and it comes with a nail hardener to help your nails stay healthy. [ nascarfan1987's advice column | Ask nascarfan1987 A Question ]
