I need a Hd camcorder with decent optical zoom!

does anyone know of a good hd camcorder with a flip screen with high optical zoom? All the websites are driving me nuts! my budget is $150- I got one, but It was not good, and sent it back. Or, if anyone has a good website they like, PLEASE tell me. It doesn't HAVE to be hd. thanks!
