bump or bruise near pelvis?
okay.. well it's above the "lips" obviously.. i'm not sure what it is.. but there's like a purplish or brownish bump on my pelvis.. but it's above the 'lips' if you know what i mean.. and when i press it down it hurts, i don't know where it came from. i'm not sure if it's a bruise, does anybody know what it is? and how to get rid of it?

Without physically seeing it, noone will be able to give you a proper diagnosis.
Yes, it could be a bruise. I get bruises all the time and don't remember how I did it. If you shave that area, it could be a little irritated, too.
My advise to you is to give it a few days and obviously stop pushing it to cause the pain.
If it settles and hurts less, you know it's getting better and probably nothing to worry about.
If it starts to get worse or keeps reappearing, it's time to mention it to your doc.

Sounds like an ingrown hair or some such kind of thing. I would squeeze it with two credit cards, or you can "pop" it with a needle/safety pin. If that doesn't appeal to you, you should go to the doctor.
